Just the other day, Mojang released the Minecraft Wilderness Bound update across all platforms. Unfortunately, that also brought in a few nagging issues.

Thankfully, Mojang is here to save the day! Minecraft update 3.49/1.059 is now available, and this brings a slate of fixes.

Minecraft Wilderness Bound Hotfix Addresses Crash Issues

The patch notes is as follows:

• Fixed a crash that could occur when loading a world containing large, densely connected structures of blocks such as fences, glass panes, iron bars, or walls (MCPE-242312)

Yep, that’s about it, which is to be expected given the massive patch we received a few days ago added a slew of new stuff.

Speaking of which, some of the biggest additions from that patch are:

Abandoned Camp

• The Abandoned Camp structure is a new kind of structure which can be found in the following biomes:
  • Meadow
  • Cherry Grove
  • Forest
  • Birch Forest
  • Old Growth Birch Forest
  • Flower Forest
  • Windswept Forest
  • Dappled Forest
  • Taiga
  • Snowy Taiga
  • Old Growth Spruce Taiga
  • Old Growth Pine Taiga
  • Sparse Jungle
  • Bamboo Jungle
  • Swamp
  • Savanna
  • Wooded Badlands
  • Pale Garden
• Each of these biomes has its own variant of the structure with design based on that biome
• Certain structure pieces are generic for all biome variants of the structure
• Various Chests and Barrels with loot can be found at Abandoned Camps
• Straw Beds can be found in Abandoned Camps
• Cushions can be found in Abandoned Camps
• Chests in Abandoned Camps contain Explorer Maps that lead to Ancient City, Mineshaft, Desert Pyramid, Warm Ocean Ruins, and other biome variants of Abandoned Camps
